1. Course Enrollment Refunds
• Refunds are applicable only if requested within 7 days of course enrollment.
• No refunds will be granted after attending more than one class.
• Processing fees or registration charges are non-refundable.
2. Class Cancellations by Strive OK Dance Studio
• If a class is canceled by us due to unforeseen reasons (teacher absence, public holiday, etc.), a make-up class will be scheduled.
• If rescheduling is not possible, you may request a credit for future classes.
3. Student-Initiated Cancellations
• Cancellations must be made in writing via email at least 48 hours in advance.
• Missed classes due to personal reasons will not be refunded, but may be considered for make-up if informed beforehand and slots are available.
4. Non-Attendance
• Failure to attend without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and the class will be counted as attended.
5. Exceptions
• In cases of medical emergencies (with valid documentation), exceptions to the above policies may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
